I will present my current research project, as a PhD candidate in Criminal Law and Artificial Intelligence (AI). In this project, I try to find out who should be held criminally liable for a crime committed by an autonomous Artificial Intelligence (AI) System: the "human behind the Machine", the AI System itself or none of them? What are the Limits of Criminal Law and what can we do to fill in a potential criminal liability gap?
